What you’ll do:

Collaborate with software architects and fellow developers to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade web applications
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Implement best practices, coding, and security standards, using industry-standard tools into building enterprise web applications
Tackle complex application challenges through analysis, research, and innovative problem-solving.
Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and foster knowledge sharing.
Continuously expand your expertise through regular training and certification opportunities.
Mentor junior developers, helping them grow while enhancing your leadership skills.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 5 years of working experience;
Strong understanding of OOP concepts, coding principles, and design patterns.
Experience in building applications either with: Spring or Quarkus;
Proficiency with web service development (REST, SOAP, gRPC);
Expertise with unit and integration testing;
Experience with JSON and XML processing libraries in Java;
Experience with RDBMS;
Experience with Agile Methodology;
Experience with AI coding assistants and agents

Nice to have:

Cloud and Kubernetes concepts knowledge;
Microservice Architecture knowledge;
NoSQL knowledge is a plus.
