Senior Java Developer + Spring - Contract - Dublin
An international financial client who is going through a major technology modernization and product rebuild has a Senior Java Developer contract job requirement here in Dublin.
You must have strong Backend Java, Spring Framework & Cloud experience.
You must have full SDLC experience including analysis, estimation, design, development and integration.
You'll build API Services & interactive web applications working across the full application & data stack.
You'll develop new prototypes & innovations.
Requirements
For the Senior Java Developer Contract job, you must have the following skills & experience :
- Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer or Senior Software Engineer
- Strong Backend Java
- Strong Spring Framework is a must including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Web, Spring Security & Spring Data
- APIs
- Microservices
- Databases
- Agile
- Knowledge of older Java is helpful due to this being a rebuild.

The role is hybrid, 3 days per week work from home, and 2 days a week in the office in Dublin City Centre.
This Java Developer Contract job will run for 12+ months.
