Java Developer to join our team at SquareOne
Technologies! to support clients and manage Java activities.

 

Role
Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Amman for a
Senior Java Developer. The Senior Java Developer will be responsible for
developing and maintaining software applications using Spring Framework and
Java programming language, creating microservices, and ensuring the software
development lifecycle aligns with best practices.

 

Technical Qualifications

  • Ideal Candidate has 2 to 4 years
    experience in:

·        Expertise in Software
Development, Programming, and Java

·        Core Java, J2EE, JDBC, JSP

·        Jsf & prime faces
& Gradle & spring-boot & JAVA 8 & JAVA 11

·        familiar with design
principles and patterns

·        Framework: Hibernate (JPA)

·        Specific Terminology: Java
Webservices (SOAP and RESTful using Json-jersey)-Exposing & Consuming
messages from Middleware (IBM MQ)

·        Servers: Tomcat, Oracle
WebLogic (Deployment, creation of Data sources, managing the existing
deployments)

·        Database: Oracle, MySQL

·        Operating System: Windows
Series

·        Tools: Eclipse
(Development, Generating Webservices, Consuming Webservices, Exporting Wars),
SQL Developer, SQL Navigator, SOAP UI (for testing)

Qualifications

  • BA in Computer Science/Computer
    software Engineering  
  • Excellent understanding of
    software development lifecycle and best practices
  • Strong analytical and
    problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team
    environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile development
    methodologies
  • Experience in developing
    scalable, high-performance software applications.
  • Fluet in English
  • Willing to travel.
