As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Televic, you’ll play a key role in projects that move people around the world. From concept to deployment, you help create smart, reliable software for modern trains.
Your day-to-day tasks:
Design and develop Java applications for embedded systems.
Mentor junior developers and lead by example.
Be in the “driver” seat for one or more projects together with a team of motivated developers.
Integrate multiple applications on Linux filesystems and make sure all software components act as one system.
Some real examples:
Upgradeable infotainment systems on high-speed trains
Automatic synchronization of audio and screen content
Systems that adjust dynamically based on train routes
The technology stack you will be working with includes: Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Docker, Linux, Debian Packaging, Python, Networking, …
Job requirements
How you can add value to our team
5+ years of Java experience (Spring Boot, Quarkus, etc.).
Solid knowledge of Linux, Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of network protocols (UDP/TCP) and network behavior (broadcast, multicast, unicast).
A coaching mindset and a strong sense of software quality.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
