As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer, you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with backend developers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to build modern, cloud-native solutions.

What you need to have to be considered
- 7+ years of experience in Java development with strong knowledge of Java 17+ and advanced concepts.
- Hands-on experience building REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot (latest versions).
- Strong experience with modern Angular and responsive/mobile-first design principles.
- Solid understanding of integrating front-end applications with backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Docker and working in cloud-native environments.
- Proficiency with Git and version control practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
These will help you stand out
- Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time processing using Kafka.
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as MQ.
- Exposure to microservices architecture in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $68,000 – $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
