 Ability to craft beautiful code

 Deep full-stack understanding (ideally from OS/DB layer to MVC controllers; frontend layer is not

a necessity)

 Excellent J2SE skills

 Good Linux skills

 English proficiency

 git, Play!, HTTP protocol, JavaScript, Jetty, any technologies and languages

outside the JVM world

 Excellent remuneration
