What project we have for you
We are looking for a talented Senior JavaScript (Angular) engineer for the our project. As a senior engineer for the Web Team, you will join our world-class desktop development team in web development using Angular 18, JavaScript, TypeScriptES8+, HTML5 and CSS3. You will set the example of writing solid code supporting multiple platforms including our Web, Windows, and MacOS desktop applications while mentoring. You will build new UI components, help drive development and architecture with the team, and work with other software departments, QA and UX teams to deliver new functionality for next generation of web and desktop apps.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Angular 18, JavaScript, TypeScript (ES8+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable code that supports Web, Windows, and macOS platforms.
- Build and enhance reusable UI components to ensure consistency and scalability across applications.
- Contribute to application architecture, technical design decisions, and development strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX/UI, QA, and other Engineering teams, to deliver new features and improvements.
- Drive the development of next-generation web and desktop applications, ensuring performance, usability, and reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges while continuously improving development processes and application quality.
What you need for this
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development
- Highly Proficient in Angular 2+, TypeScript, JavaScript, ES8+, HTML5, CSS3
- Proficient in test-driven development, automated testing, and the use of testing frameworks
- Experience with Less/Sass CSS Pre-processors
- Experience in the area of modular and scalable software development
- Experience maintaining a living and complex codebase with a modern stack
- Designing and developing reusable, testable front end components
- Desire to learn cutting edge technology to solve complex business problems
- An appreciation for good design, and the desire to translate visual ideas into working, efficient code
- Advanced level of English, good communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Passion for quality and close attention to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude to independently learn new technologies
Nice to have:
- Experience with Electron, Webpack, NodeJS, Vue.js, NPM, SVG
