Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and tasking. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
- Develops information system requirements supporting mission requirements, which fit with DoD and U.S. Intelligence Community system architecture standards.
- Captures or updates user and functional system requirements via user interviews, system reviews, and process assessments.
- Supports the creation of logical data models based on functional requirements.
- Develops cases for new applications and assesses detailed systems factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and reliability characteristics.
- Interfaces with users to define problems, determine system data availability, validate requirements, and resolve system design issues.
- Demonstrates the ability to work with moderate supervision and as part of a knowledge management (KM) team.
- Coordinates and participates in all related KM meetings and activities.
- Maintains and updates requirements documentation to include information stored in various data repositories.
- Documents Operating Instructions (Ols) for Command wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government.
Required qualifications/skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
· A minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a master’s degree.

· A minimum of 17 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a bachelor’s degree
· Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
· Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
· Active TS/SCI with a Current Poly (within 5 years)
