Job description

Summary/Objective

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Program Manager to lead and scale our technology project management function across the organization. This leadership role is instrumental in shaping and executing the delivery of internal technology transformation projects that support organizational priorities.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology program management, delivering complex enterprise technology projects, driving cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and establishing project governance in fast-paced technology environments.


Reporting to the SVP Implementations, the Program Manager serves as the senior leader responsible for driving the successful delivery of internal technology solutions — including infrastructure, software platforms, and systems integrations — ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment to business objectives.

  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute the project management strategy aligned with company objectives;
    • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Project Portfolio Oversight:
    • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, and dependency maps across multiple concurrent technology projects.
    • Manage project portfolio, including scoping, prioritization, planning, resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking
    • Define and enforce project management standards, tools, and methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partner closely with API Technology Team leadership and Executive teams to align project goals and timelines
    • Serve as a key escalation point for project issues and ensure timely resolution
    • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
    • Drive day-to-day execution of transformation initiatives, coordinating across cross-functional teams.
  • Team Development:
    • Recruit, train and develop a global team of project managers;
    • Foster a culture focused on delivering measurable outcomes, collaboration, accountability, and excellence;
    • Create career paths and development plans to support talent growth and retention.

Required Skills, Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management or a related field.
  • PMP certification highly desired.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in process implementation or client services.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong yet flexible execution focus with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in program and portfolio management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
  • Experience collaborating with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery of milestones.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, normal core business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.

Travel Requirements 
This position requires minimal travel, approximately 0-5% per year.


Compensation
Good faith annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 USD and is commensurate with experience and location.

Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time according to business needs.

The performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
