We are looking for a structured and dependable Senior Program and Project Analyst to support the delivery of asset, energy and capital works projects and programs.

This role focuses on using data analytics to strengthen the development of and reporting on multiple capital works and Net Zero projects and programs. You will work with large and complex datasets, including asset registers, energy consumption data, emissions reporting and project cash flows to develop clear program and project strategy as well as governance reporting.

Alongside analytics responsibilities, this role will also be involved in the ongoing delivery of projects and programs, supporting Project Managers and Directors with financial tracking, risk management, documentation and structured controls.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, working methodically, and being actively involved in practical project and program delivery.

About the Role:

As our Senior Program and Project Analyst, you will be involved in the following:

Data Analytics & Reporting

Manage, clean and structure large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency and traceability
Produce clear analysis and reporting outputs for internal stakeholders and external clients (dashboards, visuals and written summaries)
Develop and maintain structured reporting templates and tracking tools
Maintain disciplined file management, version control and data governance practices

Program & Project Delivery Support

Provide analytical and governance support across multiple concurrent projects and programs, including capital works, asset replacement and energy efficiency initiatives
Assist in maintaining project schedules, cost plans, cash flow forecasts and risk registers
Monitor program-level performance and proactively identify inconsistencies, reporting gaps or emerging risks
Support consultant coordination and documentation reviews to ensure alignment with scope, quality and compliance requirements
Assist with Safety in Design (SiD), sustainability inputs and other regulatory documentation where required
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project controls and reporting frameworks

Energy & Asset Performance

Support the analysis and reporting of energy performance, emissions data and sustainability initiatives across property and asset portfolios
Assist in baselining, tracking and reporting on energy efficiency and emissions reduction programs
Support scoping and feasibility analysis of energy efficiency and asset upgrade initiatives

AI Development & Process Integration

Assist in the development of AI-enabled tools and structured analytics frameworks that improve reporting efficiency and insight generation
Support the testing and implementation of AI initiatives across asset analytics and project controls processes
Assist in embedding AI-driven workflows into existing reporting and governance frameworks where appropriate and applicable
Maintain structured documentation of AI-related processes to ensure consistency, transparency and repeatability
Identify opportunities where automation or AI can improve data quality, reduce manual effort or strengthen decision-making

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including Directors, Project Managers, engineers, asset managers, and sustainability specialists
Prepare clear reporting outputs and briefing materials to support internal and client discussions

Tools & Systems

Use tools such as Excel, Power BI and ArcGIS to analyse and visualise asset/building characteristics, construction project data and program-level insights.
Maintain strong working practices around file management, version control and data security, ensuring outputs are stored and shared appropriately

This role will require attendance at client sites from time to time to support data collection, validation, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery activities.

What we Are Looking For

Essential

At least 5+ years’ experience in data analytics
Experience working on programs involving asset replacement, construction, infrastructure works and/or Net Zero initiatives
Experience in contributing to strategy development or program planning processes
Strong capability in Excel, including structured data analysis, financial modelling and reporting
Experience working with large and complex datasets
Sound financial literacy, including cost tracking and forecasting
Experience developing or maintaining structured reporting frameworks
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Clear written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For

Experience supporting project delivery of asset replacement, capital/infrastructure works and/or Net Zero initiatives
Exposure to energy efficiency, emissions reduction or sustainability initiatives
Experience using Power BI, ArcGIS or similar data visualisation tools
Experience contributing to AI implementation, automation or process improvement initiatives
Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project)
Experience supporting governance processes such as risk registers, compliance tracking or audit documentation

Additional Information

Flexible hybrid work model (typically 3–4 days onsite depending on project requirements).
Projects will be delivered across a variety of client sites with differing operational and stakeholder environments.
