Your Role as the Senior Program Manager
The Senior Program Manager is a consulting delivery leader responsible for client outcomes, program health and delivery excellence. This role works closely with sales, solutions, resourcing, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into executable objectives and systematic programs with measurable results.
The ideal candidate combines consulting program leadership with practical fluency in AI-enabled enterprise solutions and digital transformation across go-to-market (GTM) business functions. They understand how enterprise technologies and agentic workflows impact business transformation, marketing, sales, partner/channel and customer success programs, and can translate solution models, dependencies, and tradeoffs into executable plans. This is a heavily client-facing consulting role and will drive successful launch and growth of large-scale portfolios through delivery excellence, stakeholder management, consultant coaching, and opportunity identification.
Your Skills and Approach
- Including quality, timelines, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Partner with sales, delivery and solutions teams on scoping and SOW development support, project cost estimates, staffing plans, and delivery feasibility.
- Lead client governance, executive communications, business reviews, status reporting, and expectation management.
- Identify scope changes, solution dependencies, delivery risks, and corrective actions early. Negotiate and present change orders to clients for material scope adjustments.
- Coach project leaders and consultants, remove barriers, and reinforce delivery standards.
- Build trusted client relationships and identify expansion and follow-on opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of relevant experience in professional services.
- Recent experience leading client-facing engagements driven by AI-enabled enterprise solutions and digital transformation across marketing, sales, partner/channel, business agility, or customer success.
- Ability to engage credibly with business leaders and solution experts, ask informed questions, evaluate dependencies and tradeoffs, and translate them into program roadmap and business decisions.
- Strong understanding of consulting project economics including budgeting and consulting team utilization.
- Exceptional client leadership, executive communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and team-coaching skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of experience and/or certifications.
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 25% and inclusive of both firm and client meetings and events.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $135,000-$155,000/year base with additional bonus/incentive eligibility based on performance and target attainment. Actual base salary will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate.
