Responsibilities
- Build and support scalable backend architectures and services
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ship high-quality software products
- Review code and share input to uphold team coding standards
- Improve efficiency and troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Coordinate integrations with third-party APIs and services
- Maintain clear technical documentation for both new and existing functionality
- Follow and champion best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows and technical know-how
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering
- Proven ability to build and support applications using Python
- Experience incorporating AI or Large Language Models (LLM) into software solutions
- Strong knowledge of database design, administration, and tuning
- Practical proficiency with Git for source control and collaboration
- Working experience with Django or Flask and other Python web frameworks
- Solid understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment practices
- Good grasp of security principles and how they translate into implementation
- Demonstrated experience delivering authentication and authorization features
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Excellent English skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate) for written and spoken communication
