Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge GenAI applications and observability solutions. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Python engineering and agentic development frameworks to build scalable, well-instrumented systems that power our next generation of AI-driven products.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop core software solutions using Python, including development, packaging and binarizing
  • Implement Open Telemetry observability solutions for distributed tracing and multi-agent observability
  • Build and integrate GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks
  • Perform agentic evaluations to ensure quality and performance
  • Architect AI solutions that meet scalability and reliability requirements
  • Develop GenAI applications from concept to production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI engineering initiatives
  • Leverage distributed processing frameworks to handle large-scale workloads

Requirements

  • 3+ years of core software engineering experience with Python, including development, packaging and binarizing
  • Deep implementation experience with Open Telemetry observability, distributed tracing and multi-agent observability
  • Expertise in GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks
  • Proficiency in agentic evaluations
  • Background in AI architecture, AI engineering and GenAI application development
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes
  • Skills in Ray
