We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge GenAI applications and observability solutions. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Python engineering and agentic development frameworks to build scalable, well-instrumented systems that power our next generation of AI-driven products.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop core software solutions using Python, including development, packaging and binarizing
- Implement Open Telemetry observability solutions for distributed tracing and multi-agent observability
- Build and integrate GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks
- Perform agentic evaluations to ensure quality and performance
- Architect AI solutions that meet scalability and reliability requirements
- Develop GenAI applications from concept to production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI engineering initiatives
- Leverage distributed processing frameworks to handle large-scale workloads
Requirements
- 3+ years of core software engineering experience with Python, including development, packaging and binarizing
- Deep implementation experience with Open Telemetry observability, distributed tracing and multi-agent observability
- Expertise in GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks
- Proficiency in agentic evaluations
- Background in AI architecture, AI engineering and GenAI application development
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
