Summary:
Seeking an experienced AWS Cloud & MLOps Technical Lead with 8+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years of AWS expertise. The role focuses on designing scalable cloud-native architectures, building ML pipelines, leading technical design, mentoring teams, and driving best practices across AWS, Python, and MLOps ecosystems.
Job Description
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient AWS cloud architectures.
- Build and maintain MLOps/ML pipelines using Python, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, ECS/Fargate, and Docker.
- Lead architecture reviews and create HLD/LLD documents.
- Guide engineering teams on cloud architecture, code quality, testing, and best practices.
- Develop cloud-native microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Drive CI/CD implementation, performance optimization, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CloudOps, and Architecture teams to deliver business solutions.
- Perform PoCs for new technologies and recommend architectural improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery through testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- 8+ years in Software Engineering/Technical Leadership/Architecture.
- 5+ years of AWS cloud architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Python (Flask, Django, AsyncIO).
- AWS services: SageMaker, Lambda, EKS, ECS/Fargate, S3, RDS, Aurora, Step Functions, ECR.
- MLOps platforms: SageMaker, Kubeflow, MLflow.
- Microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems.
- CI/CD: Jenkins, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, Harness.
- Messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong ownership and collaboration mindset
