Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactDesign and develop scalable backend services and APIsWork with PostgreSQL for data modeling and query optimizationDevelop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS (ECS preferred)Own features end-to-end (design → development → production)Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutionsImprove system performance, reliability, and developer experienceUse AI tools to accelerate development and enhance workflowsMust have:5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineeringStrong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactExperience building and shipping complex features in production systemsProven track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-endExperience contributing to 0 → 1 product developmentExperience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databasesHands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred, ECS is a plus)Proficiency using AI tools in daily development workflowsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyPassion or interest in improving mental healthcare outcomesNice to Have:Experience in HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech environmentsExperience integrating AI/ML solutions in production
