At Furtherium, we build products and technology based on augmented reality, service applications, platforms for drones and autonomous robots. In the growing market of AR and unmanned aircraft vehicles, we are connecting high-end software development and hardware with enterprise-grade support. Our Germany-based core engineering team explores, develops, and delivers new cutting-edge technologies that serve as the foundation of current and future Furtherium products.What you’ll be doing
- Design & develop new services and improve our existing services
- Navigate between ground-level and big-picture views about software architecture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams by clearly communicating ideas and solutions, translating these ideas and solutions into features and new tools
- Mentor and coach existing team members, increasing the team’s engineering knowledge and understanding
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a variety of both technical and non-technical peers
- Strong programming skills in golang or similar backend technologies
- Strong understanding on building scalable and reliable services
- Practical understanding of Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps
- Experience with cloud environments, ideally GCP or similar
You might also have
- Understanding of continuous integration / continuous deployment
- Contribution to open source projects and/or an interesting Github page
- Healthy obsession with metrics, measurement and reliability in general
- Experience with container technology, specifically Docker and Kubernetes
