Job Summary
The Senior SQL Server Developer plays a pivotal role in the development and delivery of high-quality code aligned with project timelines and budget constraints. This role requires a strong focus on maintaining existing features, enhancing systems, and providing effective client support, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards. The Senior Developer will also mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Sql Server Features By Troubleshooting Bugs, Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests, And Implementing New Developments Based On Business And Client Requirements, Ensuring Adherence To Defined Quality Standards.
2. Provide Exceptional Client Support By Presenting Data And Information, Resolving Tickets, And Monitoring Client Needs, While Managing The Schedule For Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks.
3. Create And Update Documentation For Enhancements And Client Requirements In Compliance With Cmmi Standards, Ensuring Comprehensive Records Are Maintained.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Support To Junior Developers, Fostering Skill Development And Adherence To Coding Best Practices In Sql Server.
5. Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather And Analyze Requirements For Development Projects, Ensuring Alignment With Business Objectives.
