Job Summary

A Teamcenter Manufacturing Engineering Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and implementing Siemens Teamcenter Manufacturing solutions that support digital manufacturing, process planning, MBOM management, and shop-floor integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end manufacturing engineering architecture using Teamcenter.
  • Design solutions for:
    • Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP)
    • Manufacturing BOM (MBOM)
    • Bill of Process (BOP)
    • Work Instructions
    • Resource Management
    • Plant and Line Planning
    • Change Management
  • Bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
  • Lead solution design workshops with manufacturing, engineering, and IT stakeholders.
  • Define integration architecture with:
    • SAP/ERP systems
    • MES systems (Opcenter, Apriso, etc.)
    • CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo)
    • PLM and Digital Thread ecosystems
  • Govern data models, workflows, security, and customization strategy.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers, consultants, and implementation teams.
