Job Summary

Job Title                    Cloud Engineer

Location: Paris 3 days/week – Work from the office (client site)

Language- French + Technical English

Years of Relevant Experience - 8+ years

Overview

The mission focuses on deploying large-scale agility and continuous delivery for cloud-based services. It aims to enhance both private and public cloud offerings, accessible via APIs or a global portal. Multiple specialized teams are being established to advance global cloud platform capabilities. The primary objective is to improve the quality and management of IT systems.

Key contributions include maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and establishing a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) function.

Responsibilities

  • Developing robust, scalable, instrumented enterprise systems driven by strong requirements-based design
  • Applying software engineering concepts to IT operational challenges
  • Nurturing a robust Production Engineering culture
  • Performing deployment, administration, management, configuration, testing, and integration tasks
  • Troubleshooting priority incidents, facilitating blameless post-mortems
  • Working with development entities throughout the software life cycle ensuring sustainable software releases
  • Performing analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions

Mandatory Skills

  • Cloud Engineer experience, especially in Private Cloud environments
