We are seeking an experienced Django Backend Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, cloud technologies, and big data processing. 1. Proficient in python programming language with a strong understanding of python frameworks.
2. Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
3. Handson experience with cloud platforms such as aws, azure, or google cloud.
4. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like docker and kubernetes.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
6. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a technical team.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
