Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams and managing the development and delivery of projects using python, PL/SQL, and Java. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and implementation of software solutions using python, pl/sql, and java.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.

4. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
