Job description

About Intellistack

At Intellistack, we're committed to revolutionizing the way organizations collect information, automate workflows, and create seamless digital experiences.

Founded with the belief that work should be simplified, Intellistack has grown into a leading provider of powerful, no-code productivity solutions that help teams do more with less. Across thousands of organizations worldwide, our tools and platform empower users to quickly build custom forms, automate document generation, capture eSignatures, and streamline data-driven processes—all without needing to write a single line of code.

With intuitive solutions that put power in the hands of everyday users, we make it easier to build, automate, and optimize processes at scale.

Who We Are
At Intellistack, we don’t do status quo. We move fast, think deep, and build what’s next—powered by people, supercharged by AI.

We’re a team of builders: curious, driven, and relentless about solving the real problem. Around here, feedback is fuel, clarity wins, and change is the default setting. If you’re hungry to grow and ready to leave a dent, you’ll fit right in.

Who You Are

Engineering at Intellistack delivers platform capabilities that power millions of automated workflows. As our engineering organization grows, so does the complexity of delivering initiatives that span multiple teams-and the opportunity for someone to own that complexity end-to-end.

The mission of the Technical Program Manager is to own our most important cross-team engineering initiatives and be accountable for their success and impact. You'll set direction, drive alignment, manage dependencies, and contribute directly to the technical solutions these programs require - while building the mechanisms, processes, and tooling that make the entire engineering organization execute better. This is a foundational role: you'll establish the practices, tooling, and credibility that make cross-team delivery repeatable, and set the direction for future growth of this function.

You excel at bringing clarity to complexity, and you take ownership of outcomes. You enjoy solving organizational challenges just as much as technical ones, and you're energized by being accountable for programs that no single team could deliver alone.

You have deep technical knowledge and can contribute to the architecture and technical decisions behind complex distributed initiatives-not just track them. While you don't directly manage the teams contributing to your programs, you own the overall output and success of those programs, and you earn the right to lead through both technical credibility and influence.

You naturally identify dependencies, facilitate difficult prioritization conversations, and steer teams away from known failure patterns. You earn trust through thoughtful communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach, knowing that successful platform delivery depends on strong relationships and disciplined execution as much as technical expertise.

You measure your success by the outcomes of the engineering organization - not by the number of meetings you run or projects you track.

What You’ll Do

Engineering at Intellistack moves quickly, and many of our most important platform initiatives span multiple teams. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll own those initiatives and be responsible for their success.

You'll lead multiple simultaneous software development programs in a highly cross-functional environment that includes Engineering, Product, Architecture, Sales, Support, and Sales Engineering. You'll set the direction for complex initiatives that depend on shared platform capabilities, create alignment, surface dependencies early, contribute to the technical approach, and reduce delivery friction across the organization.

You'll partner closely with Intellistack's existing Program Management and Product Operations functions to ensure alignment on process, tooling, and delivery cadence across technical and non-technical program work

Beyond owning programs, you'll raise the bar for how the whole team works: building and honing your own agentic solutions for key areas like risk management and dependency tracking, then turning that tooling over to all teams and our AI SDLC - not just the teams you're actively working with.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently deliver complex technical initiatives that no single team could accomplish alone.

  • Own cross-team programs and be accountable for their outcomes and impact-setting direction, clarifying ownership, and helping leaders make informed tradeoff decisions.

  • Contribute technically by partnering with engineering leaders to define system boundaries, APIs, and integration patterns, and by decomposing complex, ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, milestones, and deliverables that minimize redundant engineering effort.

  • Orchestrate delivery across multiple engineering organizations, ensuring dependencies are understood, sequenced appropriately, and proactively managed.

  • Build tooling and mechanisms for the whole organization-developing agentic solutions for risk management, dependency tracking, and program health -and partner with our Program Management team to scale that tooling across all engineering teams and our AI SDLC.

  • Increase predictability through integrated roadmaps, delivery plans, and program health metrics that provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and milestones.

  • Identify and mitigate risk by recognizing failure patterns, steering teams away from prior pitfalls, and proactively resolving cross-team blockers.

  • Drive organizational and architectural evolution that enables teams to work independently while delivering cohesive customer experiences.

  • Communicate with executives by representing complex technical decisions and tradeoffs clearly to leadership, building consensus across organizations with competing priorities.

  • Influence investment by making the case for technology investments, securing commitments from partner teams, and ensuring appropriate staffing for critical workstreams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years working directly with engineering teams, and 5+ years applying core project management disciplines-scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical-path management.

  • Demonstrated success owning complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering organizations, where accountability for outcomes-not authority over teams-was the job.

  • Deep, hands-on understanding of modern software development practices, APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and Agile delivery, with the ability to contribute to technical solutions.

  • Experience building or applying AI/agentic tooling to improve engineering planning, delivery, or operational efficiency.

  • Experience building processes and mechanisms for cross-team coordination, dependency management, resource planning, and release scheduling across multiple concurrent programs.

  • Experience partnering with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, and technical leaders to deliver complex software initiatives.

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to engineering leadership.

  • A builder's mindset - someone who thrives on standing up new practices rather than maintaining the status quo - paired with systems thinking and a passion for improving how engineering organizations work together.

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting platform engineering, infrastructure, workflow automation, integration, or shared services teams.

  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, data processing, or cloud platforms.

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant program management certification.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

We blend flexibility with connection to create a work environment where you can thrive. We offer:

  • Flexible PTO that empowers work-life balance

  • Health and wellness benefits that support you and your family

  • Professional development support, including a learning stipend to help you grow

  • A hybrid work model for Stackers in locations where we have office hubs (e.g.: Denver, Fishers and Krakow), with in-office collaboration Tuesday - Thursday and flexible hours to support your schedule

  • An inclusive, authentic community where your voice matters and you can be yourself

We are a hybrid workforce with key hubs in Denver, Fishers (Indiana), Los Angeles, Toronto, and Krakow, Poland. While some roles offer flexibility in location, others may require proximity to one of our hubs. Wherever you’re based, our approach is built on trust, collaboration, and doing what works best for our people and the business.

Intellistack is an equal opportunity employer, passionately committed to equitable hiring and boldly dedicated to diversity in our work and teams. We do not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices based on actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related conditions), age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, uniformed service member status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We strongly encourage individuals from all backgrounds — especially women, people of color (including bilingual and bicultural individuals), LGBTQ+ persons, and people with disabilities — to apply. Even if you don’t meet every single requirement, you might be the right candidate for this or other roles.
