Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- 7 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- Knowledge of technical principles including programming languages, data structures, and debugging.
- Knowledge in information technology, software, and digital asset development.
- Ability to define structural logic and balance technical trade-offs (e.g., performance, reliability, cost).
- Ability to drive results across an organization and build capabilities across various levels within the team.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the roadmap and strategy for Google’s portfolio of first-party tools supporting the asset and infrastructure layer, including resource allocation.
- Lead a governance structure that drives executive decision-making via a digital assets council, and lead internal communications with first-party customers.
- Manage the portfolio of software and tooling programs. Prioritize work, manage resources, and ensure appropriate metrics and people are in place to drive high performance and organizational impact.
- Identify and implement change management opportunities to increase program velocity and overall impact across multiple teams.
- Use AI to drive productivity, creativity, and innovation across the team, creating conditions for continuous experimentation and learning.
