About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Location: San Francisco/Palo Alto, CA or Bellevue/Seattle, WA
The Experience

We're looking for a Sr. Manager/Director of Technical Program Management to lead critical cyber security programs in support of Salesforce's Security team. In this individual contributor role, you'll manage the delivery of programs across Identity and Access, Data Security, Network Security, Technical Resilience, and Cloud Security. You'll partner with engineers, product teams, and executives to turn business objectives into clear execution plans, and you'll be a trusted voice who can move comfortably between day-to-day tactics and long-term strategy.

You bring outstanding executive presence, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to rally a team around a vision even when the path isn't fully defined. You thrive in a fast-moving, transparent environment and know how to build relationships that get things done.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Own technical program planning and delivery for security initiatives, defining requirements, business impact, and a clear "definition of done" broken into executable tasks.
  • Translate business objectives into execution strategy, and lead teams through delivery using agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
  • Build trusted relationships with technology and functional leaders to keep programs focused on strategic objectives, and hold stakeholders accountable for their commitments.
  • Report program status to executive leadership with data-backed clarity, surfacing blockers, risks, and a clear path to resolution.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 10 or more years of enterprise software or technical program/engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.
  • You have 5 or more years leading Software as a Service (SaaS) product development programs, with a solid grasp of the SaaS business model and product development lifecycle.
  • You have deep, demonstrated experience in cyber security and risk management practices.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and experience navigating cross-functional, matrix environments with senior executives and teams alike.

Even Better If...

  • You have experience with vulnerability management processes and tools.
  • You have experience supporting cyber detection and response operations.
  • You're familiar with compliance and security standards, policies, and risk management frameworks.
  • You hold, or want to pursue, a PMP, CISM, and/or CISSP certification.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
