Job Summary
The Senior Test Lead will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive test plans that align with project requirements and objectives. Key Responsibilities
1. Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Teams To Understand Specifications, Highlight Performance Concerns, And Ensure Appropriate Test Environments And Infrastructure Are Maintained Using Python And Related Testing Tools.
2. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices Using Python To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process.
3. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Utilizing Python Frameworks Such As Pytest Or Unittest, Ensuring Consistency And Alignment With Quality Standards To Minimize Risk Exposure.
4. Develop, Guide, And Mentor Qa Engineers In The Use Of Python Testing Frameworks And Methodologies, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity.
