Job Summary

ServiceNow HRSD Developer Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Service Catalog, and Employee Center. • Build HR workflows using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. Integration & Data Management • Integrate ServiceNow with HR and enterprise systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, and Active Directory/Azure AD. • Use Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server integrations. User Experience & Portal Development • Customize Employee Center/Service Portal, including widgets, pages, and layouts. • Enable self-service through knowledge management and Virtual Agent, where applicable. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills • 7–10+ years of ServiceNow development experience. • 5-7 years of ServiceNow HRSD Development experience. • Strong knowledge of HRSD modules, JavaScript, and Glide APIs. • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal/UI Builder.
