Job Summary

ServiceNow ITSM Developer Key Responsibilities Platform & App Development • Design, develop, and support ServiceNow ITSM applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Request. • Build and enhance catalog items, record producers, order guides, and workflows. • Develop and customize Service Portal or UI Builder pages, widgets, themes, and reusable components. • Configure Virtual Agent topics, conversation flows, and backend integrations. • Maintain Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs. Integrations & Automation • Build integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, scripted APIs, MID Server, and data imports. • Automate platform processes through scripting, orchestration, and workflow optimization.
