Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Server to join our team at a high-paced restaurant in Lee's Summit, MO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a server in a high-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
