Server – Limited Part Time Program – Hampton Fields Village
Allison Park, PA – Part-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; 5 PM – 7:30 PM during the week and 8 AM – 10 AM, 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM, or 5 PM – 7:30 PM during the weekend, 9-12 hours per week with every other weekend.
Starting Pay: $15.00/hour

Hampton Fields Village, an independent living retirement community, is part of the UPMC Senior Communities managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. The community is nestled on a peaceful, beautifully landscaped campus just minutes from the McKnight Road retail district.
Our Servers are responsible creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. In addition to serving residents in the main dining room and at special functions, the Server may prepare some simple or “light” food items and beverage prep. Our Servers are responsible for bussing tables (clearing, cleaning, and resetting) and completes other cleaning assignments as directed.

Requirements for the Server:
- Must be at least 15 years of age.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Enjoy multi-tasking since every day is different.
- Have good attention to detail and time management.
