Assisting parents of eligible children in gaining access to early intervention services and other services identified in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP); coordinating the provision of early intervention services and other services (such as medical services for other than diagnostic and evaluation purposes) that the child needs or is being provided; facilitating the timely delivery of available services; continuously seeking the appropriate services and situations necessary to benefit the development of each child being served for the duration of the child’s eligibility; and accurately documenting all aspects of the child’s services in the paper file and in the Baby Toddler Online Tracking System (BTOTS)
Requirements
- Position-proven oral, written, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of local community resources.
- Ability to move from one task to another quickly and with ease.
- Ability to manage change with a positive attitude.
- Possesses the ability to motivate participants and encourage their self-efficiency.
- Current Utah Driver’s License
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
- Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.

Experience
- 0-2 years
- Two years’ experience working with infants and children
- Experience working with children and or individuals with delays and/or disabilities
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development or a related area or 3 years’ experience in Early Intervention.
