Responsibilities
- Desktop support in hardware and software
- Log incident and service requests via email and phone
- Coordinate with different teams (including vendors) to resolve issues properly
- Track, follow up and close cases within agreed SLA
- Implement best practices, like First Call resolution, to improve efficiency
- Basic server and network equipment support
- Monitor queue and routing tickets
- Undergo training for new systems and procedures
- Manage hardware and software distributed to employees
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in end user support
- Keen knowledge of desktop operating systems
