Lead a High-Performing Manufacturing Team
A global leader in the paper and packaging industry is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee operations within a high-volume corrugated manufacturing facility.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoys building strong teams while driving safety, quality, and productivity.
You will lead a team of hourly production employees and play a key role in ensuring operations run efficiently while maintaining a safe, engaged workplace.
What You'll Do
Lead Production Operations
Supervise and support a team of hourly production employees during the assigned shift
Coordinate daily corrugated board production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets
Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure smooth workflow across the shift
Build and Develop Your Team
Train and coach employees to improve skills and performance
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and respect
Maintain Safety & Quality Standards
Ensure strict compliance with all plant safety and quality programs
Identify risks, enforce procedures, and champion a proactive safety culture
Address operational challenges and implement improvements when needed
Drive Communication & Continuous Improvement
Communicate operational updates clearly across teams and leadership
Support plant initiatives focused on productivity and efficiency improvements
Resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment
What We're Looking For
Required
High school diploma or GED
Experience in the corrugated packaging industry
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Strongly Preferred
Experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + performance bonus
