- Has a valid driver's license, adequate car insurance and a clean driving record if he / she conduct errands or makes deliveries for the company.
Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- Enjoys working with employees and Guests.
- Has the ability to learn and perform every function well.
- Be intelligent.
- Has a sense of urgency.
- Be organized.
- Has great Guest service skills.
- Has computer skills.
Shift Supervisor Duties:
- Checks food quality.
- Provides excellent Guest service and ensures Guest satisfaction and retention.
- Makes sure restaurant is kept clean and sanitized.
- Dispatches orders to drivers.
- Pitches in and performs a variety of tasks as needed.
- Be able to work all positions.
- Does all cash drops for drivers.
- Does nightly shift and POS closing procedure.
- Door-hangs.
- Leads by example.
