What we expect
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS/HSE) regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and address technical or operational issues promptly.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Who we are looking for
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of as Project Supervisor /Project Engineering experience in construction, M&E, elevator, or escalator industries.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferable Indonesia Citizen only.
- Work location: Subang, West Java
- Remote area & willing to work travelling
- Experience managing subcontractors and site workers is preferred
- Knowledge of construction methods, project management, and site operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Capability to resolve site issues and make decisions under pressure.
