What you will do
• Design, build, and test at all levels of the stack
• Consider multiple perspectives like security, testability, maintainability, and performance
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders across the company

What we are looking for
We’re looking for an early-career software developer who’s excited to learn and contribute to building data management and system integration tools. You have a solid foundation in software development and an interest in how data flows through systems, from real-time events to batch processing used in analytics and AI/ML workloads. You’re eager to grow your understanding of data quality, governance, and APIs, and you enjoy working with others to solve problems in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Required:
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent related discipline
• 4 years of progressive software development experience
• Disciplined approach to software testing including unit testing and continuous integration
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share ideas, explain your thinking, and work effectively with teammates
Nice to have:
• Ability to use AI and modern development tools in day-to-day work, validating AI-assisted code for correctness and fit while following architecture, security, and code-quality standards
• Experience with DevOps and automation technologies (Jenkins, Maven, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub actions)
• Experience working with major cloud providers (primarily Azure and GCP)
• Ability to work in the cloud with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, GKE, AKS)
