About the Client

Our client is a Silicon Valley powerhouse, recently valued at over $1.5B in their Series D funding round, backed by Sequoia Capital and Andreessen Horowitz. They are building the next-gen AI-powered collaboration platform used by Fortune 500 companies and millions of users worldwide.

They are now expanding their graduate hiring program in the U.S., looking to onboard the brightest young engineers who want to work on products that redefine how teams work globally.

Role Overview

This is a rare opportunity for fresh graduates (2024–2025 pass outs) to join a world-class engineering team from day one. As an Entry-Level Software Developer, you’ll be mentored by senior engineers, solve real-world coding challenges, and contribute to features that reach millions of users.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain features in Java, Python, or JavaScript (React/Node.js).

  • Collaborate with product and design teams in agile sprints.

  • Write clean, testable code with guidance from mentors.

  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

  • Continuously learn new frameworks, cloud tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (Class of 2024 or 2025).

  • Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP concepts.

  • Proficiency in at least one language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus, but not required.

  • Passion for learning, problem-solving, and teamwork.
