Responsibilities
- Lead the development of end-to-end features across the Food AI Console (Web), Client Integration APIs, and foundational platform infrastructure to ensure an experience for both internal specialist teams and external partners.
- Refine unified, generic APIs for critical platform functions, including menu ingestion, agent behavior configuration, and real-time streaming to support omnichannel use cases.
- Design and implement scalable architecture capable of self-service onboarding for a global customer base, ranging from major multi-national brands to independent sole proprietors.
- Build robust self-service tooling and automated evaluation frameworks, utilize LLM simulators and judges to monitor performance, manage complex test cases, and programmatically prevent regressions.
