Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Software Developer JavaScript to join our growing development team in Culiacán Rosales, Mexico. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality JavaScript applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient code and ensuring optimal performance across all projects.

  • Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with a focus on code quality and best practices
  • Write efficient, well-documented code that adheres to established coding standards and organizational guidelines
  • Implement responsive user interfaces and optimize application performance for various browsers and devices
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional solutions
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues systematically, analyzing code to identify and resolve problems efficiently
  • Utilize version control systems (Git) to manage code repositories and participate in code review processes
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into applications while ensuring data integrity and security
  • Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
Qualifications:

**Required Skills and Experience:**

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) with strong understanding of core language concepts
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 for building responsive web interfaces
  • Experience with DOM manipulation and asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await)
  • Demonstrated experience with version control systems, particularly Git
  • Ability to work with RESTful APIs and understand HTTP protocols
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years of professional JavaScript development experience
  • Experience working in organized, collaborative team environments

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
  • Experience with Node.js for backend development
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and practices (Jest, Mocha, or similar)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and development practices
  • Experience with build tools and task runners (Webpack, Gulp, or npm scripts)
  • Familiarity with code documentation and technical writing
