Job Description

Role Summary

The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal systems, tools, and integrations that enhance operational efficiency within the BPO environment. This entry-level role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions—including CRM enhancements, reporting dashboards, automation workflows, and system integrations—to improve customer engagement, data accuracy, and business performance. The developer will collaborate closely with IT, Operations, and Data teams to deliver technical solutions that align with business goals while ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy software applications and internal tools to support business operations
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems including CRM platforms, dashboards, and workflow automation tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly to ensure system reliability and uptime
  • Design and implement automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks such as reporting, data entry, and notifications
  • Build and manage APIs to enable seamless integration between internal systems and third-party platforms (e.g., SMS, email, payment gateways)
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts to ensure data integrity, availability, and proper logging across systems
  • Support the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards and analytics tools
  • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical solution planning
  • Implement security best practices, access controls, and data protection measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java)
  • Experience with web development frameworks and RESTful API design
  • Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL
  • Understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git)
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Familiarity with automation tools and workflow management systems (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, n8n)
  • Understanding of security principles and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
