About this Role

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our Software & Product Infrastructure team in Bucharest. This role involves designing and developing complex software solutions, including databases, business logic, user interfaces, and integrations, while also providing Level 3 support. You will work in a collaborative, international environment contributing to solutions delivered to enterprise customers worldwide.

What you’ll do

Develop well-structured, maintainable, and well-documented code in line with organisational standards
Document system enhancements and technical changes
Collaborate effectively with a distributed, international team across different time zones
Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
Plan and manage delivery of agreed objectives, milestones, and outputs
Ensure software meets initial requirements, covering implementation and continuous integration
Provide accurate time and effort estimates for technical deliverables
Support developed solutions at Level 3, ensuring stability and performance

Who you are

Experience (minimum 2 years) in software development using technologies such as Java Enterprise, Spring, Spring Boot
Understanding of object-oriented programming principles
Foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle (development, testing, integration)
Knowledge of relational database design and data normalisation
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN
Awareness of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, XML, and web services
Exposure to relational and non-relational databases
Basic knowledge of Linux (administration, scripting) is advantageous
Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) is beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences
Proficiency in English (B2 or higher); additional languages are advantageous
Interest in internet technologies, mobile applications, and communication systems
