Job Description
Software Development Engineer
 
  • 3+ years of professional development experience, including at least 2 years with C# and .NET
  • Experience developing native Windows applications
  • Experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server (preferred), MySQL, or Postgres

·        
Experience creating and executing unit tests

  • Comfortable supporting and maintaining existing applications, in addition to doing new development
  • Strong troubleshooting skills

Desired Skills and Traits:

  • Experience working on an Agile team
  • Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
  • Familiar with the use of RESTful API’s
  • Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) or Universal Windows Platform (UWP)
  • Experience with Entity Framework
  • Experience with the Windows Installer XML Toolset (WiX)
  • Familiar with front-end development (HTML/Javascript)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field


Responsibilities:

·        
Work in an agile development team to complete Windows application projects for QSR Guest Management solutions

·        
Assist in the troubleshooting of issues and defects and deploy timely fixes

·        
Work with the QA team to ensure appropriate testing of all solutions

·        
Create appropriate developer-level documentation, to maintain consistent designs and support maintenance efforts

·        
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of QSR’s robust product portfolio
