Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary:

QSR Automations has an immediate opening for the role of Technical Business
Analyst in Louisville, KY. The technical business analyst works with internal
stakeholders to help deliver on the product manager’s vision for the product,
by understanding and interpreting the product goals and writing technical
stories, then leading the scrum team to effectively execute those stories.

Responsibilities:

·          
Work with the product manager and scrum team to understand priorities and product goals.

o   Define and document functional/technical stories for software developers.

·          Provide details for technical documentation and review documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for end users.




Qualifications:

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills

·        Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills.

·        3-5 years of experience as a technical analyst (or similar) role.

 

Desired:

·          
Experience using JIRA and Confluence

·          
Understands coding concepts or previous experience coding

·          
Design/technical experience

·          
Development background

·          
Take charge attitude

·          
Experience working in an agile software environment

·          
Ability to construct SQL queries

·        Knowledge of software development
technologies (programming languages, tech stacks, enterprise development, etc).
