Job Summary:
Provide leadership and initiative in the overall coordination of designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs highly complex software programs for enhancements and new products. Responsible for highly complex concept design through the full development life cycle. Prepares and conducts systems programming test requiring interfacing and software tests. Coaches others in less senior positions.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Four (4) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Job Details:
Provides leadership and initiative in a team environment. Ensures application of systems thinking principles allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software. Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle. Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology. Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch of existing and new business capabilities. Lead the resolution of complex problems. Mentor develop.
- Proven hands-on Software Development experience
- Proven working experience in Java development
- Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
- Responsible for application design and development for enhancing custom develop business functions or remediating application bugs.
- Must demonstrate hands-on, self learning abilities along with ability to creatively solve application problems through use of existing / new tools and technologies.
- Provide timely resolution to technology problems that adversely impact application availability.
-Support integrated technology solutions that promote and support consistent programs, processes, and procedures in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
