Interruption-Resilient Design: We architect solutions with high readability and atomic logic. You must design with the expectation that work-in-progress may be paused or transitioned; therefore, maintaining technical integrity and documentation is paramount. Expect interruptions and adapt.
Iterative Architecture: We build for evolution, not just completion. You will develop extensible frameworks that allow for rapid reconfiguration as customer requirements and market drivers shift. Expect changes and adapt.
Downstream Transparency: We design data models not just for the application, but for the entire business ecosystem. Your work must be structured so that reporting and analytics teams can leverage your data without needing a "translator."

What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
Rapid Application Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade tools and web applications using Low-Code platforms (OutSystems preferred).
Operational Triage: Participate in daily tactical sessions to evaluate the project queue, address urgent business "pain points," and re-prioritize development efforts based on immediate impact.
Data Engineering for Analytics: Design SQL schemas and views optimized for third-party BI tools (specifically Power BI). Ensure data is structured for efficient modeling so downstream report developers can interface with your models performantly.
Specialist Tooling (Python): Develop and maintain lightweight server-side applications and "mini-apps" in Python to handle specific business logic or data transformations outside the Low-Code ecosystem.
Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a technical liaison to business units, translating high-level concepts into technical specifications and functional prototypes.
Continuous Optimization: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement "MacGyver-style" ingenuity to resolve complex constraints with efficient, elegant code.
What you’ll need
Technical Aptitude: Profound understanding of relational database management (SQL) and core programming logic (loops, arrays, conditional branching).
Cross-Platform Interoperability: Ability to bridge Low-Code frontends, Python backends, and SQL databases, ensuring data flows seamlessly while maintaining a unified logic structure. **Outsystems experience preferred**
Messaging Awareness (AMQP/RabbitMQ): Conceptual understanding of asynchronous messaging. Ability to troubleshoot message flows and monitor prioritized queues between systems.
Server-Side Awareness: Competency in managing applications within a server environment (Windows or Linux), ensuring standalone scripts run reliably as background processes or scheduled tasks.
Adaptive Workflow: Demonstrated ability to thrive in non-linear delivery models and the mental agility to context-switch between projects without a loss in quality.
Resourcefulness: Proven track record of self-directed learning and the ability to leverage technical "workarounds" (CSS, JavaScript, or SQL scripts) when standard platform features reach their limit.
