The Position:
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain backend services using GoLang or Python
- Develop automation workflows and system-level tooling
- Enhance and optimize existing software frameworks for performance and reliability
- Design and implement REST APIs and service integrations
- Develop React/Angular components for internal tools where required
- Write and maintain shell scripts on Linux environments
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes
- Troubleshoot complex production and system-level issues
- Maintain unit tests and improve code coverage
- Document technical designs and requirements in Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development cycles
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in GoLang or Python
- Advanced Linux usage and debugging
- Strong shell scripting skills
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Production experience with Docker and containerized deployments
- Working knowledge of JavaScript (tooling/integration use cases)
- Experience with React or Angular
- Experience with SQL and data modeling
- Strong troubleshooting and system-level debugging skills
- Comfortable working close to infrastructure, tooling and hardware-aligned systems
- Ability to independently own backend components end-to-end
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Kubernetes and AWS experience
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
