principles and using appropriate libraries.
Requirements
● Programming
Language: Proficiency
in C# / .NET.
● Image Processing Libraries used in C#.
● Mathematical Aptitude: Strong grasp of statistical
analysis (Mean, Variance, Standard Deviation) applied to pixel arrays and Noise modelling and SNR
optimization
● Testing
Frameworks: Proficiency
with MSTest and FluentAssertions.
● Version
Control: Experience
with Git.
3. Secondary Skills/ Good to have
● Hands-on
experience with libraries such as:
○ EmguCV
○ NetVips
○ MathNET.Numerics
● Experience
in Microscopy systems.
● Design
and develop image processing algorithms in C#/.NET.

and analyze raw camera image data.
● Apply statistical techniques (mean, variance, standard deviation) to large image datasets.

● Write comprehensive unit and
integration tests using MSTest and FluentAssertions.
● Collaborate with hardware, optics,
and imaging teams to optimize performance.
