While we do not currently have an open position on our CodeBeamer Engineering team, we're always interested in connecting with talented software engineers who are passionate about building innovative products and solving complex technical challenges.
As a Software Engineer You'll have the opportunity to:
Design, develop, and enhance modern web applications using Java and Angular
Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable software components
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions
Develop new features and resolve complex technical challenges
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA Engineers, and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Demonstrate and showcase new functionality to teammates and customers
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
Influence product direction through your technical expertise and ideas
What you need to be successful in this role:
Professional software development experience with Java SE/Angular
Strong experience building modern web applications
Spring Framework and Spring MVC
SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar)
Git-based version control workflows
Continuous Integration and modern development practices
MVC architecture and software design principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
Ownership mindset with a passion for quality and continuous improvement
Comfortable contributing across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, testing, documentation, and technical collaboration
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
