Position Description: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React JS and Java Spring Boot to develop and support enterprise grade banking applications. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in designing scalable microservices, building modern web applications, integrating APIs, and working within Agile delivery teams in banking or financial services environments.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React JS and Java Spring Boot.
. Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
. Develop responsive and user friendly frontend components using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
. Implement backend services using Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
. Work with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
. Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
. Troubleshoot production issues and support application stability.
. Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative delivery.
. 4+ years of experience in software development.
. Strong proficiency in: React JS Java 8+/11+/17 Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Data JPA/Hibernate REST APIs SQL
. Experience with Microservices Architecture.
. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices.
. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Banking or Financial Services project experience.
. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
. Knowledge of security standards such as OAuth2, JWT, and OpenID Connect.
. Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
. Experience with API gateways and event driven architecture.
