About the Role

You'll work on the systems that analyze millions of lines of code daily, building the backend infrastructure, analysis engines, and APIs that power DeepSource.

What you'll do

• Build and scale the backend systems that power code analysis and remediation

• Develop analyzers that detect complex vulnerabilities, anti-patterns, and bugs

• Own features end-to-end, from design through deployment

• Optimize systems for performance as our user base grows

• Collaborate through code reviews and technical discussions that shape the product

What we're looking for

• 3+ years building production software in Python and Go

• Solid fundamentals in system design, databases, and APIs

• Familiarity with how code executes -- ASTs, data flow, control flow

• Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail

• Someone who ships, learns fast, and cares about craft
