About the Role
You'll work on the systems that analyze millions of lines of code daily, building the backend infrastructure, analysis engines, and APIs that power DeepSource.
What you'll do
Build and scale the backend systems that power code analysis and remediation
Develop analyzers that detect complex vulnerabilities, anti-patterns, and bugs
Own features end-to-end, from design through deployment
Optimize systems for performance as our user base grows
Collaborate through code reviews and technical discussions that shape the product
What we're looking for
3+ years building production software in Python and Go
Solid fundamentals in system design, databases, and APIs
Familiarity with how code executes -- ASTs, data flow, control flow
Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail
Someone who ships, learns fast, and cares about craft
