As a Software Engineer - Senior Manager (Python JavaScript), you will lead the development of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will leverage your skills and experience to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities 

• Leading enterprise software solution strategy and delivery to drive digital transformation 

• Managing software engineering projects, confirming alignment with client needs and business objectives 

• Guiding teams in designing, coding, and testing applications that deliver exceptional user experiences 

• Providing advanced technical direction across programming languages such as Python and JavaScript to enhance software functionality 

• Hands-on experience defining architectures and solution patterns across modern software platforms, cloud-native ecosystems, integration frameworks, and AI-enabled development environments, while maintaining working knowledge of technology stacks such as Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as Angular and React. 

• Architecting microservices patterns, API management strategies, and enterprise application integration solutions for scalability and maintainability 

• Architecting cloud-native solutions using Azure Infrastructure and AI Services (Azure Functions, Agentic AI Services, AI search capabilities) to enable faster development and intelligent application features 

• Establishing architectural standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, scalability, and reliability across all applications 

• Implementing and optimizing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) architectures with AI-assisted automation to enable efficient software releases and reduce deployment cycles 

• Establishing and enforcing source control, branching, and release management standards across teams 

• Driving adoption of AI-powered development practices to enhance team productivity, code quality, and accelerated learning curves for junior developers 

• Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain coding standards 

• Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to analyze business requirements and develop tailored solutions 

• Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities 

• Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement 

• Engaging with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project enhancements 

• Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus 

• Promoting the use of enterprise application architecture and integration for scalable solutions 

• Driving business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness 

• Navigates highly ambiguous business and technical challenges, providing strategic direction and aligning stakeholders toward clear outcomes 

What You Must Have 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

• 14 to 17 years of relevant experience in software engineering or related technology roles.

• Expert-level proficiency in API Management, microservices architecture, and enterprise Application Architecture 

• Advanced expertise in designing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) architectures and deployment strategies 

• Mastery of Java, Python, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript technology stacks and their architectural applications 

• Proven ability to architect scalable, resilient, and maintainable enterprise solutions 

• Strategic vision for adopting AI-assisted development tools to enhance architectural design and team productivity 

• Strong systems thinking and ability to solve complex architectural problems across multiple domains 

• Excellent client and stakeholder management with focus on translating business needs into technical architecture
